Digital Photo Album - cant connect to computer?
I got a Colby Digital Photo Album and I am trying to connect it to my computer to transfer photos onto it.
I connected the USB connecter to the album and to the computer and it is saying found new device ready to use.
I clicked on my computer and it says Removable Disk (G), when I click on this it is saying please insert a disk into drive G.
Any ideas? Doing my head in!!
No disc or cd came with it! Just the USB connector
First of all make sure your computer says "device is ready to use" and make sure it is in your "G" drive. Maybe its in another one.
