Why does my HP Printer Print like CRAP?
Every time I Print a COLORED PICTURE, there are always random colored lines going across the page in random colors and in random places of the page. This ruins the entire picture, and if I do it again, it still comes out the same, with wrong colors on the page and with annoying picture-ruining bars that stain the image. Is it because of my HP PRINTER J4680 Office Jet All-in-One OR because of the Color Cartridges? I tried cleaning & Aligning the cartridges but it still happens. OR can it be because when I use Normal Paper (8.5 x 11" Plain Paper) it becomes all MESSED-UP, BUT... When I use "HP Premium Bright White Glossy Photo Paper", You know, the thick "High-quality" Paper, the Picture comes out Perfect?!?!?!?!
Any solutions to this irritating problem?

Paper plays a larger part in print quality than most people realize. If you are using a thin regular use paper you will end up with a lot of bleeding and ink saturation. The printer puts more ink on the page than it can really handle because it's trying to print at picture quality. Most photo paper is designed to work best with a specific type of ink. Usually getting the same brand paper as the printer will give you better results.
This printer isn't the best for printing photo's. The cartridges aren't designed for high quality. The black ink is not a photo quality ink and the color cartridge is a basic tricolor. My suggestion is to take most of your pictures into Wal-mart or somewhere that develops photo's. Putting them on a usb and paying someone else is cheaper than what it costs for you to try and print them at home. Photo's use a ton of ink and will run your ink cartridges out faster than anything else you could do. If you want to print out one here and there go for it, but in the long run taking them somewhere else will give you better, longer lasting photo's and will save you money.
