Help me find most reliable economical wireless inkjet printer with manual 2-side print & cheapest cartridges.?
I want to print on regular paper, no photos or fancy options & cheapest cartridges for the money. Want print BW & color, & print BW even if color cartridge(s) go empty (if possible).

The best warranty in the industry. For a year, Epson will express-ship a replacement and pick up the old one.
I get cartridges for my Epsons from http://ccs-digital.com for under $3 each which hold 50% more ink than standard cartridges.
Right now officemax is selling the NX200 for half price, $40 instead of $80. It's not wireless but you can buy a wireless kit for it. Just google wireless printer kits. Or you can go for the more expensive Workforce which is wireless.
