What is the best software for printing pictures?
I just purchased a HP Photosmart Premium c410a and tried printing a picture. I noticed when I opened the picture it opened into Paint and printed from there. The picture actually came out wrong on the photo paper because it had a white border around it. When I installed the software that came with the printer it asked if I also wanted to install HP Photo Creations. I did not because I avoid all of the extra added software but If there is good software available for free that I can use to print awesome pictures then I am all there. Thank you,
Just about any photo editor would have an option to print, I would think.
If you're looking for something lightweight, then you might try Irfanview.
Did you check the printing preferences tab to see if it was set to full page printing?
