Picturemate Print Pack
Epson picturemate Dash (pm 260)...don't know where initial print pack is and it will not work without it...?
Ok here's the deal. I have 4 of these little printers and I love them. They are the Epson picturemate Dash (PM 260). They all come with initial print packs which until now I thought were just regular packs with less ink inside. So let's say I took printer A and used it's initial print pack in printer B because I was in a pinch and needed some ink and could not go to the store. (IT WAS 3AM!) A couple weeks later I decide it's time to use printer A and pop a regular print pack in...well the display says that I must install the initial print pack that was included with the printer. Frack! That pack has long since been tossed in the trash. Epson customer service is closed at the moment so I am at your mercy

Try to reinstall the print pack. If that does not work, turn the printer off and on (Do not remove the memory card or turn off PictureMate while the memory card light is flashing, or you may lose data).
Before you call, be near your computer and printer and have ready your product name, serial number, and proof of purchase information.
