Can you get fined for having toilet paper in your car?
So last week was our Homecoming week and students in my school like to TP each other. I go TPing sometimes, and me and my friends only do it to people who don't care.
However, a lot of my friends always talk about how if you get pulled over with open rolls of toilet paper in your car, its a fine of like $10 per roll.
I highly doubt this is true, because what are they going to charge you wi, possession of toilet paper? I'm pretty sure that's not illegal. And even if the cops knew we were most likely out TPing, its not like they can prove it, or find out which hourse we TPed, and even if they did find out, its not like they are going to press charges or anything since they don't care.
So, is it true you can get fined just for having toilet paper in your car?

you didn't say where you are - there are certainly different laws in different places - there is no such law here.
