Where can you get a HUGE roll of banner paper/table paper?
I can't describe it well, but it's possible to cover long tables, and cut huge amounts of paper off this roll for banners and such. ASB at my school has some but I want my own for a club. It's almost like regular paper, and it's probably about 3 to 4 feet high. Like a giant roll of parchement paper, except less glossy and more utilitarian, if that helps 
I think you mean butcher's paper? It is also what newspapers are printed on and comes in huge rolls.
I would go to a newspaper or printer and see if they have a roll they can sell you, or to an office supply store and ask for a roll of butcher's paper or craft paper.
Another place to try is a packing place (like a household storage service or furniture removalist) as this type of paper is also used to pack glassware and crockery.
Or you could ask a teacher at your school where they got theirs as teachers use this type of paper fro artwork, doing projects in groups etc.
