I have an Epson Picturemate photo printer that's not working. Who do I contact??
My mom actually got it as a gift from her boss or more like a hand-me-down, she works for a family and they've given her cameras, camcorders and stuff like that when they upgrade or just don't use it. Unfortunately I have no idea where they bought this or how old it is. It was working fine and then ran out of ink, I put in a new ink cartridge, printed a few photos it worked fine and then started printing them all weird (they were tinted blue or had lines in them). I'm not sure if it's a problem with the ink cartridge I bought or the actual printer but I'd rather not buy another $30 cartridge just to have the same thing happen. Any idea who I could contact to help trouble-shoot the problem? The printer was working great and I'd hate to toss it if it's something that could be fixed.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! 
It didn't come with a manual. 
Run a couple print head cleanings. That will solve your problem.
Consult the manual on how to do this.
